Lil Wayne Got Money video, “Got Money” is the third official single from Lil Wayne’s sixth studio album, Tha Carter III. The track features artist T-Pain and is produced by Play-n-Skillz. The single was released as a digital download on iTunes on May 27th, 2008, under the name “Got Money”, and has thus far peaked at #4 on the iTunes Top 100. The song has peaked at #13 as the Hot Shot debut on the Billboard Hot 100, making it his third highest peaking song in his solo career (second at the time). Lil Wayne and T-Pain performed the song at the BET 2008 awards.

It was shot on June 23 in Los Angeles. The video was filmed on the same day the video for “A Milli” was shot. The video is a follow up to the cliffhanger of “A Milli.” The video is directed by Gil Green. The music video is said, by Lil Wayne, to be based on the 2006 film “Inside Man”. The video will feature Young Money artist Mack Maine. Ray J and Birdman make appearences in the video. The music video premiered on multiple MTV channels on July 28, 2008 at 6 a.m
