Disturbed – Inside The Fire Music Video
Disturbed Inside The Fire video, “Inside the Fire” is a single by American rock band Disturbed from their fourth studio album “Indestructible”, which was released on June 3, 2008.
According to guitarist Dan Donegan, “It’s about a girl he [vocalist David Draiman] was in a relationship with. She committed suicide, and he just has the voice of the devil over his shoulder trying to provoke him to take his own life to join her again, because the only chance for him to be with her again is if he takes his life. We’re not condoning suicide off of this, it’s just more of the temptation to join a girlfriend that was very confused and messed up and wanted out.”
The video for “Inside the Fire” was described as “bloody and intense” according to frontman David Draiman.
Three versions of the video have been released. The unedited version which follows the meaning of the song, and an edited version of the video that omits the storyline cuts. A third version labeled “ultra clean” has been sent to TV stations without any blood in it.
Due to the message of the video and the intensity of it, a warning message appears before the video due to its content. Also a suicide hotline number appears at the beginning (foretold by Draiman himself) and the end of the video.
